Poiana Brașov is a four seasons rest and health resort in the central SE part of Romania (Brașov county).
The resort features 12 ski slopes of various difficulty, sports grounds, a lake, discos, bars and restaurants.

By plane: the "Henri Coanda" International Airport in Bucharest with the following alternatives for reaching Poiana Brașov
By train: from Gara de Nord train station in Bucharest to Brașov train station - approximately 170 km. From Brașov train station with bus no. 4 up to Parcul Central station and from the Livada Poștei station with bus no. 20 to Poiana Brașov, or by taxi, approximately 15 km for around 10-15 EURO directly from Brașov train station to the Livada Poștei station.
By car: the national road DN1 Bucharest - Brașov, from Brașov following Drumul Poienii, approximately 20 minute ride - a total of 185 km.
